Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on Solenari Care (asolenaricare.online). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms in full.

1. The product

Every product on this store is a digital ebook delivered electronically as PDF (and EPUB where indicated). There is no physical product, no shipping, no waiting. Product titles, descriptions, format, and prices on the product page are the binding sales information.

2. Price + payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars at checkout (the storefront uses USD presentment at a fixed rate, even though the shop is based in France). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other licensed payment processors. We never see or store full payment card numbers.

3. Delivery

Within minutes of a successful payment, you receive a download link by email and the order is marked as fulfilled. Your customer account remembers your purchases — you can re-download anytime. There is no physical shipping.

4. Refunds + chargebacks

Refund window: 7 days from purchase. Refunds are only granted within those 7 days, and only when the file was undelivered, corrupted, or materially different from the product description. After 7 days: no refunds, no chargebacks. Filing a chargeback after the 7-day window without first contacting us will be treated as a fraudulent dispute. Full details: Refund Policy.

5. License granted

When you buy an ebook, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to read, store, and print one copy for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload to file-sharing sites, or use as a freebie. You may share short attributed quotes. You may forward a single file to one close family member as a courtesy.

6. Age + capacity

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You confirm at checkout that you are a legal adult and the payment method belongs to you (or you are authorized to use it).

7. Content disclaimer

Our ebooks discuss grief, caregiving, parenting, mental wellbeing, and similar topics. The content is educational and supportive, written from lived experience and research. It is not medical, psychological, or legal advice. It is not a substitute for licensed professional care. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Solenari Care's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France (where Solenari Care is registered). Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of France or, at our option, by binding arbitration.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. We will not retroactively change the terms of a completed purchase.
